Orders normally ship the next business day. If an order will take longer than 4 business days to ship, we will inform you by email. If an item becomes unavailable for any reason, we will inform you as quickly as possible. Please make certain your phone number and email are correct on your account so that we may contact you if needed. We will offer you a refund, credit or exchange when there is an out of stock item.

In Order for us To Process and Ship: Policy to protect cardholders: Payments by Credit Cards and by PayPal must have:
* Correct Cardholder's Name and Billing Address.
* Account and Address must be confirmed and verified.
* The Name and Address of Billing Address must match the Name and Address of Shipping Address.

Unverified addresses or addresses which do not match can result in cancelation of the order or delay in shipment.


 

UPS and USPS: We ship by UPS and US Priority Postal Service.

Attention Customers of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military APO & FPO: We offer shipment by both UPS & US Postal Service (Priority Mail) for you. However US Postal Service (Priority Mail) is going to be the most economical and fastest method of shipment for you.

Customers of Puerto Rico: To be able to select US Postal Service (Priority Mail), you must type in United States as your country in your account shipping information.

APO & FPO Addresses: The United States Postal Service does not and will not guarantee delivery of your package in any certain time frame. If you choose 2 Day Express, it is not guaranteed to get to you in 2 days. If you choose regular priority 2 - 3 days, it is not guaranteed to get to you in 3 days. There is rarely a problem in shipping to APO & FPO, but from time to time, there are delays of which we are not responsible.

UPS Shipping:

UPS shipments are picked up at our warehouse at approximately 3 p.m. EST. Orders arriving after approximately 12 (noon) p.m. EST are shipped the next day.
If you need Express Mail, 2nd day or 3rd Day by UPS, your order must be submitted by 9 a.m. for the package to depart on that day.

UPS Delivers Monday through Friday; There Are No Weekend Deliveries.

Ground UPS can take from 3 to 7 Business Days, depending on where you live, once the package leaves our warehouse.

UPS Does Not Ship To PO Boxes. All orders submitted with shipping by UPS to a PO Box will be delayed until we have a street address for shipment <i><b>or<b></i> you change to USPS for the PO Box Delivery. If you change to USPS and the cost is more for shipment, you will need to pay the extra amount.

UPS Correction of Address Midway Through Shipment of During Delivery Attempt because of incorrect address entered at the time of your order will incur a fee of $25.00 or more depending on value of items, destination and type of delivery (Ground, Overnight, 2nd day or 3rd Day Delivery). This fee is incurred whether requested by you or by UPS because of unsuccessful delivery attempt. You will need to call us 207-374-2555 to correct this immediately and to provide payment information for the correction.

USPS Shipping:

USPS shipments are picked up around 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed Monday through Friday are normally shipped the next business day. Weekend orders will normally be shipped on Tuesday and Wednesday.

USPS Priority Mail Shipment takes 2 - 3 business days once the package has left our warehouse; however they do not guarantee delivery in this time frame.

USPS First Class Shipment takes 2 - 4 business days once the package has left our warehouse; however they do not guarantee delivery in this time frame.

USPS First Class International takes 7 - 21 business days once the package has left our warehouse; however they do not guarantee delivery in this time frame. Delays which may occur with customs are not in the estimated time frame.

USPS Priority International takes 3 - 10 business days once the package has left our warehouse; however they do not guarantee delivery in this time frame. Delays which may occur with customs are not in the estimated time frame.

Shipping Insurance is not automatically included on orders with USPS Priority Mail Service. We are not responsible or liable for packages once they are with USPS whether lost, broken or other problems unless you have purchased the optional insurance.

Claims on Insured Packages whether UPS or USPS are made and processed through us. Please contact us for further information if you need to place a claim.

Signature Requirements on UPS and USPS: We reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment.
If you request a signature not be required at the time of delivery, this does not guarantee that a signature will not be required for the delivery of your order. UPS and USPS Deliverer reserve the right to request a signature on any package they are responsible for delivering depending on value of items, insured items and drop off destination.

UPS or USPS will not leave your package if signature is required. Please Contact your Deliverer for Special Requests.

 


 

Undeliverable Packages, Unclaimed Packages and Refused Packages:

If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package because of incorrect address; you are not available for delivery; refusal of package or unclaimed package:
* You may have the package reshipped once you have paid reshipping charges plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.
* You may cancel the order and a refund of items minus shipping charges, 15% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.

 


 

Our artists and craft persons who make custom items for you and ship directly to you may ship by other method than you have chose. Example: You choose UPS and the artist may only ship by USPS Priority, USPS First Class or Fed Ex. If an alternative method of shipment from what you have chose is a problem, please contact us so that the artist may make other arrangements if able to.

 


 

Please Do Not ask us to "Leave Package At Door", "Leave Package if no one is home", "No Signature Required, leave Package." "Knock on 2nd. Door", "Go to Back Porch" and etc. You must make arrangements with your delivery service prior to delivery for any special arrangements/requests.

 


 

All Orders: Before submitting your order - please double-check all pertinent information; especially your email and shipping address. If you do not receive an email from orders@13Moons.com within an hour after placing your order, most likely your email address has been entered incorrectly. Invalid information may delay or cancel your order.
