- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders, Checks and Cash. You can select your payment method at check out. Checks must clear the bank before your order ships and may take 7 - 10 business days.
- We do not accept orders via phone.
- Orders by Credit Card: Your address must match the billing address of the credit card or the transaction will not be allowed. If you are placing an order to ship to another address, we will call you for verification. Or if the card holder name or any portion of the address does not match, you will be called for verification.
- Credit Card Fraud Filling out Fraudulant Chargeback forms are not what any of us at 13 Moons wants to do at any hour of the day. This only takes us away from serving YOU!! Losing time and money will only hurt our clients, as this will cause us to have to increase prices. So, please if we call you to verify information on a credit card order, do not be offended, it is only for your safety.
- We do not force you to the shopping cart each time you add an item. You can see it added in the shopping Cart Contents box on the right near the top.
- To see your full cart or make changes; select the Cart Contents box heading. Or after you have added to the shopping cart you can select "Your Cart" at the top of the page
- If you create an account and don't want to purchase right away, your cart will save for the next time you return to 13Moons.com. PLEASE NOTE: If you save items to your cart and do not check out at that time; the items are saved to your cart; but it is possible when you return to check out at a later date these items may have sold out.
- We will never use your information for anything but your transaction.
- If you sign up for our newsletter when you create your account or later we will not spam you. We try to email at the eight holiday times and occasionally if we have something of shopping interest.

- International Orders: Yes! We ship international orders each day by First Class, Priority International and Global Express!!
- International Orders: Please Note: Once the international packages leave the US Post Office, we may be unable to track your package. Additional duties from customs and any items removed by customs is your responsibility. Each year customs laws, along with security, has changed with different forms being required. We do our best to keep up with the weekly and/or monthly changes to the international shipping rules and laws.
