We accept Credit and Debit Cards of MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Our main office billing address of Greene, NY will appear on your credit card statement.

For your order to be processed and shipped, the following must apply:

  • Your Bank/Credit Card Company must support AVS (Address Verification System). If you are declined; ask your bank/credit card company if they support AVS. If they do not support AVS, use a bank/credit card company which does or use PayPal, Money Order, Cash or Western Union.
  • Your shipping address must match the billing address your Bank/Credit Card Company has on file. We will not ship if your billing and shipping are different.
  • The cardholder must be the recipient of the package and be able to sign for the package. We must ship to the billing address. Card holder must sign for package.
  • Your phone number must be valid on your order form in case we need to contact you.
  • If your shipping address does not match your billing address, due to cardholder credit card protection, there will be a hold on your order until we have approval of shipment. If unable to contact you after 5 business days, we will cancel the order.
  • Your bank/credit card company must allow internet transactions. You must ask your bank/credit card company to allow you to complete the transaction if you are declined for this reason.
  • Your bank/credit card company must support Security Code Verification. Your transaction will be declined if there is no security verification. If they do not support Security Verification, use a bank/credit card company which does or use PayPal, Money Order, Cash or Western Union.

If your shipping address does not match your billing address, or is not a verified account and confirmed shipping address, due to cardholder protection, there will be a hold on your order for 5 business days. If unable to contact you after 5 business days, or you have not responded to our phone calls or emails, we will cancel the order.

Declined Transaction:

  • Your bank/credit card company will decline the transaction if your Street Address and/or Zip Code does not match with the address on file with your bank/credit card company.
  • Your bank/credit card company will decline the transaction if the security code does not match the number on your card.

If you are declined, please contact your bank/credit card company for further information. Do Not Contact Us: We do not decline transactions; It is your bank/credit card company which declines the transaction based on the above criteria through our processor; it is not 13 Moons who declines the transaction. You will need to find out from them if declined for address verification, secure code or insufficient funds.

Avoid Delays in Receiving Your Order: For ease of checkout, processing and receiving your order: Double Check before Confirming Your Order that you have provided us with an accurate:

  • Email Address
  • Billing Address
  • Day Time Phone Number
  • Denial of a Debit Card: Please Note:

    • Be Aware of your bank/credit card company's policy of declined transactions through them.
    • If your bank/credit card company declines the transaction of your debit card, be aware, they may hold funds from 3 to 10 business days.
    • Do not attempt to try again until your bank/credit card company has released all holds they have. By submitting further attempts, you are placing more holds of funds on your debit card account; possibly creating an overdrawn bank account.
    • If you make several attempts at a transaction, your bank/credit card company will place holds on each of these attempts. If your bank/credit card company places holds on one or more transactions, this may result in you having an overdrawn account which may result in your bank charging your account for insufficient funds.
    • 13 Moons, never has a hold on any funds. Either your bank accepts the transaction or declines the transaction; we do not have any holds. Your bank may have holds.
    • Our processor releases all transactions at the end of each day and does not hold any funds on a declined transaction from your bank.
    • If you have been declined and are looking at an online statement, you may see what appears to be a charge from 13 Moons, but is only the authorization request.
    • If you are declined, please contact your bank/credit card company first. If you have the funds in your account, then you were declined for some other reason which they do not give us.
