I recently made two separate orders within a short span of time. When the package shipped, the folks at 13 Moons consolidated to orders into a single shipment, adjusted the shipping cost, and refunded the remainder back to my account. I'm constantly impressed with not only the warmth and care of 13 Moons, but their impeccable ethical standard.

The past 4 years I have ordered all my Wiccan needs from this site. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They take such care in packing my items & making sure everything is secure & won't break during shipment. And I love the little gifts they put in my orders!! SO thoughtful!

My order was shipped on June 4th and I received it on the 6th, very fast shipping, but going from NY to PA isn't that far. I loved everything I got, my only "issues" was that the votive candles I got weren't very vibrant and were a little misshaped, but for buying premade you can't beat the price. Same goes with the athame I purchased, it wasn't very high quality, but for $3 it serves it's purpose. I plan on buying a nicer one when I have the funds in order! Overall I was very pleased with my order and will be ordering more this weekend!

I have made several orders with 13Moons. Every order received has met my expectations and more. I love to order with 13Moons and it is my favorite place to order from. I receive my orders in great condition and very quickly. I feel extra special when I receive the invoice with my products as well. As many are i was skeptical but having done spiritual work in the past and seeing desired results happen before my eyes i am definitely a believer....my skepticism came from ordering off the internet because u can never be too sure if the products are authentic or will work....i stepped out on faith and made my first order....received the package in a timely manner...got relaxed, washed my hands...and opened my box....the smell was soooo wonderful and everything was wrapped so carefully with blessings and love, there were even little notes and a free gift that i use for an ear ring charm... Ladies and Gentlemen let me be the one to tell u that THESE PRODUCTS WORK!! O M G...im still in awe and amazed and definitely enjoying the results.....btw....I pick up my second package tomorrow.....TOO EXCITED! Greetings! I received my completed order yesterday & couldn't be more pleased. The Leather Binder that will serve as my Grimoire is absolutely beautiful; it is a sturdy, impressive tome & the leather is so incredibly soft. I am also very happy with the rest of the order that I received; the purple skirt is wonderfully long (I find it hard to find long skirts that are long enough :D) and very flattering & my husband (as always) loves his shirt & is boyishly excited with his cane sword. Your customer service is top notch, as always, even with impatient, moody witches as customers ;) Thank you very much & Blessed Be
