The title says it all. Order arrived promptly and everything was in excellent condition and packed with great care, as well as the heart warming mineral gift. Extremely pleased as always with the crew at 13 Moons. I shop almost exclusively here now, and don't foresee that changing anytime soon. :)

WOW! :D This was my first large order from 13 Moons, and I am very much impressed. I don't think I could be happier :D. Everything is exquisite, and all was wrapped and packaged with such wonderful care. Thank you for contacting UPS to email me about my order :). My Druidry cabinet is now nice and full :D. And may I add that the 7 inch Celtic chalice is truly amazing. I had seen one VERY much like it during a meditation. I was overjoyed to see such a goblet listed here ;). This site is the best stumbled-upon find in my entire internet history! In the past month, I've had three separate large orders, and the crew at 13Moons has really impressed me each and every time. Their shipping is VERY reasonably priced, and I love having the opportunity to select which carrier works best for me in my little bit of the world. All three parcels were very well packaged, everything shipped as soon as it was available, and the updates provided on the website itself are actually (gasp) helpful. I was in contact with the general info address on a couple of occasions about part of an order, which had to be requested from a third party, and both Sandy and Jeff were very quick to respond, very concise in explaining how that portion of the order was going to be handled, and included a request that I let them know when everything was received. It's really been the personal touch that has impressed me the most, though; so many places respond with form letters and automatically-generated replies. It's a nice change to actually get an e-mail that someone has typed themselves, and it's quite nice to have hand-written thank-you notes on the invoices in each package (and multiple thank-yous if more than one person helped complete your order). New 13Moons lifer right here! Thank you so much for all you do, 13Moons Crew!!!!

I just got my ring in the mail; i ordered it on friday and i am so happy it got here so fast! I ordered on friday and received on monday. I ordered a full altar set 4 votive candle holders one 4 inch candle holder and a set of twenty 4 inch candles. Everything was wrapped beautifully and I aprreciate the little gemstome and hand written note on my invoice. I love my altar set and intend to use it on the blue moon. Ah, it's a lovely feeling to see another package from 13moons in the mail :). I ordered on Wednesday, and the package came today (Friday). It never ceases to amaze me how much care is taken to ensure that the order is delivered fast and safely. I was delighted to see Tulasi incense sticks listed among your products - I had my first incense experience with Tulasi, and it's hard to forget the aroma of their Frankincense Myrrh blend ;). I can't wait to try their Forest blend, too :D. Both incense burners are excellent. The 2 inch brass is very well made, portable, and quite handy for my outdoor rituals. And the tree incense burner is SOOOOO cute!!! :D I also really like the fringed leather bag. Such a unique and hard-to-find item. It makes a wonderful pouch to hold herbal powders and crystals. :) And speaking of crystals, thank you for the adorable quartz stone :D. My regards to Will and Kyle :).
