This was my first time ordering online and I was a little hesitant not knowing if it was safe to give my information, or if i would even recieve the package I paid for. But I took the chance and trusted that everything would be taken care of properly, and it was! I am very impressed with 13Moons service, and the quality of the products I bought. I was thrilled when my package arrived exactly 3 days after ordering. There was even a little suprise in with my order and it made me smile. The staff at thirteen moons hand signed my billing paper and wished me many blessings, and threw in two candy coins. I will deffinatly be returning to 13Moons for my online shopping needs. To anyone who is may be hesitant like me, dont be! Thank you so much to the staff at 13Moons.

Merry meet! I would first like to say that the service is absolutely wonderful! I like the idea of wrapping the orders in recycled news paper ( yay for recycling!). Not to mention I get my order fast :) and lastly, I LOVE the little notes I get on the receipt.. thank you for personally writing down a simple hello. It all started with a candle. now i'm waiting on my third order from 13 moons. Each time i'm delightfully surprised with how fast the packages get here. They also have great customer support should you have any questions!

I've ordered a few times now and the first time, me being myself, forgot to order a few items. I was ever so happy to find out that my order was lumped together. I've ordered a couple more times from the website and I almost always seem to forget something I want and have to place a second order. To find my items lumped together with all of my ordering slips is such a wonderful thing and the items are absolutely perfect. I keep coming back and reccomending people to the site. A few people even know that if they want to get me something, all they have to do is ask what I want from the website. The packages always arrive on time and I absolutely love the stock. I'm just waiting for my next pay check to place another order.

I happened upon the 13 Moons website, so I knew absolutely nothing about the quality of its products or even about the business itself, but for the price (other sites had the same one, but higher priced) I figured what have I got to lose. I was amazed when I received it not more than four days later! It is bigger and better than I thought it was going to be and the quality is excellent. I'm so glad I took a chance. I will be back time and time again to shop here.

I received my order today, and am very happy with it. My Earth Mother pendants were absolutely beautiful, and a free pendant was tucked in alongside! Lightning fast shipping! I will definitely order from 13 Moons again in the future.
