13 Moons, you are the best online store I have ordered from by far, and I don't mean just magickal goodies but of ALL online stores I have ordered from in the past. Your hand-signed receipts show the very human side to your business, and the free gifts attached are so sweet and show that you care about your customers 8). Also, the packaging is done with such care, and the shipping is unbelievably fast (considering I am in TX and you are in NY); always receive my packages in about two days. I just recieved my shipment and not only did it arrive fast and with the order correct and fully intact but everything I ordered was FAR better than the photos on the site! I am so impressed! I love the personal touch on the invoice as well. This is now my one and only online magickal shop to use!

I have only ordered from 13 Moons a few times, but I absolutely love the items that I have bought. Prices are great and staff always personalizes shipments which is a very nice gesture. Shipping is crazy fast. I have been recommending the site to friends and family. I have ordered from other places in the past and I feel more comfortable with ordering from 13 Moons than any other site. Thank you so much!!!

Just received my first purchase from this store and just purchased a second time. All I can say is...what a wonderful site! Has everything you need, plus when you get your package, you can actually feel the care they put into it. They wrap everything so carefully, and leave a little note on your receipt with a little stone. New favorite site right here :)

This was my first time ordering fron 13 Moons and I must say it was a wonderful experience-from the extaordinary fast transaction to the personal thank you notes on my invoice with lovely stones attached as a personal gift! I found my item MUCH cheaper than I had seen on other sites and it came in perfect condition! I'm VERY pleased with the quality as well! Thank you so much! You'll be seeing me again!
