Just received my first purchase from this store and just purchased a second time. All I can say is...what a wonderful site! Has everything you need, plus when you get your package, you can actually feel the care they put into it. They wrap everything so carefully, and leave a little note on your receipt with a little stone. New favorite site right here :)

This was my first time ordering fron 13 Moons and I must say it was a wonderful experience-from the extaordinary fast transaction to the personal thank you notes on my invoice with lovely stones attached as a personal gift! I found my item MUCH cheaper than I had seen on other sites and it came in perfect condition! I'm VERY pleased with the quality as well! Thank you so much! You'll be seeing me again!

Ok, I've been shopping at 13Moons for about a year now. And I always believed they were the best place for all my pagan needs. But I never realized just how much until a mistake was made. About my 10th order in the past year, I was sent the wrong Tarot deck by mistake. I panicked, because I always get such a hassle from online retailers when orders are messed up. But I sent an email and hoped for the best. The next day, I recieved a response. They said they would send the correct deck with a return label within. I was simply to use the same box to ship back. It was THAT EASY. No fuss with trying to find packaging, no fuss with shipping labels lost in the mail, no demand to send the item back before getting the correct item. Three days later, I get the box containing the correct deck, I take it out, put the original deck in, and head to the post office. Compare this with another return I had to complete at the same time... I was required to come up with my own packaging, as well as send first. I still haven't recieved the replacement, and it has been over a month since the defective item arrived. 13Moons, you are hands down the best place to deal with. I keep a couple other shops on bookmark, but I never ever use them - they never have what I need, cost too much, or have bad reputations. THANK YOU 13 MOONS FOR BEING SUCH A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH!

I've just received my first order from you, and I am SO impressed! I ordered on the 9th, and the order was delivered in California on the 11th - this is the fastest service I have ever experienced! This is the second time I've ordered from 13moons and I am so pleased. Everything comes so quick and its such amazing quality! I especially love my psychic's ring...it is SO hard for me to find rings small enough to fit my small hands and 13moons had it in a 4 1/2 and it fits perfectly! I'm so excited! Also the gift of the Black Agate and the personal notes on the packing slip made me smile! = ) I will most definitely be returning to 13moons over and over for anything I need. Blessed Be everyone!

This was my first time ordering from 13Moons, and I am SO THRILLED! I only recently started ordering witchcraft supplies (I'm glad I realized that there are stores online). I placed an order with WitchStore.net before I found 13Moons, and the order was placed before the start of the new year... and it STILL has not been shipped. The service there was not nearly as good as it is here, and I only placed this order 2 days ago!! The service is so friendly, and the gift of the tree agate is beautiful, I love it! This is by far better than I could have ever hoped for. Thanks for everything, I will be placing another order soon!
