Another Herb added to my collection

A stoners cough

So I have smoked everyday for the past almost 3 years with small t breaks in between. That being said, my cough is pretty rank. I smoked a couple bowls, and drank a cup of tea (both mullein) and I'm not gonna say I'm not still coughing but now I'm coughing up stuff at least. My sinuses feel clearer, I mean it's only been a couple days of drinking and smoking the mullein but for me there's been a noticable difference in my breathing and sinuses.
