I called your office and left a voice mail regarding receipt of a damaged chest (item was sealed in factory box so damage was not the fault of 13 Moons. Wooden chest appeared to have been made wrong.) My call was returned within an hour of leaving voice mail. I just received the replacement chest today, a mere 2 days after reporting problem. I requested you open package containing chest prior to sending replacement to make sure item was not damaged and it looks like that was done.
