Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

We offer Free Shipping on Product Purchases over $100 for customers in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses.
The Method of Free Shipping (UPS or USPS) will be based upon weight and zone at time of shipping.

Time to Process and Ship Your Order
Orders typically ship the same or next business day excluding weekends and holidays.
Please double check your shipping address; this can delay or cause lost packages if incorrect.
USPS shipments are picked up around 12:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed Monday through Friday are normally shipped the next business day. Friday Afternoon and Weekend orders are shipping on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
USPS Priority Mail takes 2 - 3 business days once the package has left our warehouse; however they do not guarantee delivery in this time frame.
USPS Priority International takes 3 - 10 business days once the package has left our warehouse; however they do not guarantee delivery in this time frame. Delays which may occur with customs are not in the estimated time frame.
We are not responsible for packages USPS states as "delivered" and customer states as not delivered. There is no refund from USPS.
We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.
If your delivery address is known to be not safe and you are shipping with USPS, please purchase the Signed Confirmation or change to UPS for your delivery choice.

UPS shipments are picked up at our warehouse at approximately 12 p.m. EST. Orders arriving after 10 a.m. EST are shipped the next business day.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Select by UPS: Your Order must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. EST for the package to depart that day.
UPS Delivers Monday through Friday; There Are No Weekend Deliveries.
Ground UPS can take from 3 to 7 Business Days, depending on destination, once the package leaves our warehouse.
UPS Does Not Ship To P.O. Boxes.
Customers of Puerto Rico
Customers of Puerto Rico: To be able to select US Postal Service (Priority Mail), you must type in United States as your country in your account shipping information.
We ship International orders by the U.S. Postal Service.
International shipments may be subject to customs, duties and taxes which are your responsibility. Each country varies in custom charges and/or taxes applied from individual items to the subtotal of the order. You are responsible for knowing your country's taxes, limits and items not allowed in.
First Class International Shipments take approximately 7 to 21 business days to reach your country and destination, however USPS does not guarantee this timeframe and shipment may take longer.
Priority International Shipments take approximately 3 to 10 business days to reach your country and destination.
Express International Shipments take approximately 3 to 5 business days to reach your country and destination.
No knives, athames, swords, blades, axes allowed to be shipped to Greece and Australia. Superman Xray Vision detects blades! Customs will remove any and all blades from your package, no refund, and they may ask you to apply for a weapons license.
First Class International Shipping
We are unable to track, retrieve or refund First Class International Packages. If you select this method, please note:
- There is sometimes no proof of shipment leaving our warehouse, state or country
- There is sometimes no reliable tracking
- There may be no proof of delivery
- Package can sit in customs for up to 6 weeks
- May take 3 months or more to reach you.
- Sometimes these packages are never delivered
- By selecting this method: you release us of responsibility for First Class International shipment length of time or lost package
We require card holder signature for all transactions when card holder billing address does not match the shipping address.
13 Moons reserves the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment.
UPS and USPS reserve the right to request a signature on any package they are responsible for delivering depending on value of items, insured items and drop off destination.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused And Lost Packages
If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address; you are not available for delivery; refusal of package or unclaimed package:
- You may have the package reshipped. You will need to pay reshipping charges plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.
- You may cancel the order for a refund of items minus shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us will be applied.
- For International Orders Returned/Refused: There is no refund, as we are unable to obtain them.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.
