The processing and shipping time for my order was ridiculously fast! I didn't expect to receive it so quickly as I had ordered only two days before Thanksgiving. But wouldn't you know it was here by that Friday! I also wanted to say thank you for the free gift that you included, it was a nice touch. You have the best customer service hands down, and your site is always my go to site for all my supplies!

I an new to the Craft and clearly the universe was looking out for me when I was directed to 13 Moons. I have purchased several pieces for my altar, supplies, and my first besom.
