Elen of the Ways
Antlered Goddess of the Forest
She is the heartbeat of the wild places, of the heather and moors. She dances under the moon in star-filled skies, her dance fiery and free. You may catch a brief glimpse of her, and then she is gone, disappearing in a heartbeat. She is Elen of the Ways, the Antlered Goddess of the Forest, the Celtic equivalent of the Green Man and Cernunnos and consort to Herne the Hunter.
This wonderful bronze finished statue of Elen of the Ways has hand-painted accents to show off the detail of the piece. The antlered goddess with headband accenting her forehead, has long flowing hair draping her cloak. She holds a lantern in one hand and her staff with a crystal sphere. Her dress with lace up bodice-style top is accented with an elegant belt and sash. She is awe-inspiring in any setting: home, office and sacred space.
