Marion Weinstein (1939-2009) was an author, teacher, media personality, and proud New York City witch. Known as the “Ethics Witch” she is one of the founders of the modern witchcraft movement. She was the first to coin the phrase and define “positive magic” and clearly delineated its use. Her radio show, Marion’s Cauldron, was the first regularly scheduled Wiccan and psychic programming on record and was a New York phenomenon for 14 years. Positive Magic, her first book, was published in 1978 and soon became a beloved classic. One student recalled Marion’s personal definition of magic as “transformational” and that her lifelong goal was to destigmatize witchcraft and show its positive influence on the world.

For packages marked "delivered" by USPS, we trust your cooperation as we are unable to offer refunds under such circumstances.
Lost Packages:

We encourage you to double-check your shipping details before confirming your order as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. No USPS refund is offered for a lost package.

Shipping via UPS:

Our warehouse dispatches UPS shipments around 12 p.m. EST, with orders after 10 a.m. EST scheduled for the next business day.

Input your orders by 8:00 a.m. EST for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select to ship the same day.

Note that UPS operates Monday through Friday and does not provide weekend delivery.

Delivery through Ground UPS can range from 3 to 7 business days. Street addresses are needed as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Specific Country Restrictions:
For customers in Greece, Brazil, and Australia, kindly note the prohibition on shipping knives and similar items due to customs regulations.
Signature Requirements:

A signature from the cardholder may be required if the billing and shipping addresses differ.

UPS and USPS may also request a signature based on the value and destination of the package.
If Packages Cannot Be Delivered:
Should your order be returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or being unclaimed:

You can opt to have the package resent. There will be a reshipping charge plus any return fees by UPS or USPS.

Alternatively, you can cancel the order for a refund. Please note, shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (including any return fees) will be deducted from your refund.

There are no refunds for international orders that are returned or refused.
