Our Queen Anne's Lace bundle measures approximately 6 to 8 inches long and has approximately 9 stems with flowers; some that resemble a bird's nest when dried. Grown in our magical gardens and fields, each is gathered by hand, air-dried and bundled for your magickal use.
Photos show Queen Anne's Lace hanging for décor as well in baskets, dried, waiting to be bundled along with other herbs. And of course, Celestial the feline who is not allowed on the table, but she can't resist working with me on herbal magick!
Queen Anne's Lace is also known as: Bird's Nest, Wilde Carrot, and Queen of Herbes.

Please Note: The Queen Anne's Lace is dry and some will break up; these pieces can also be used in your spell crafting. We have carefully wrapped them to deter breakage during packing and shipping. For magickal use only; not intended for food use.
Each Bundle is wrapped in recycled packing paper, newsprint or newspaper and will vary slightly from the photos.
All herbs and spices are hand weighed and meant for crafting and magickal use only. Ounces of whole pieces, leaves, or berries may contain broken or torn pieces.
Always store your herbs in a dark area for a longer shelf-life.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding $50 within the United States.

The shipping method (UPS or USPS) is selected based on package weight and destination at the time of dispatch.

A street address must be provided to qualify for free shipping.
Domestic Shipping with USPS:

Orders are dispatched the next business day post-purchase.

USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2 - 3 business days, although the timeframe is not guaranteed by USPS.

Invoice estimates (2 or 3 Day) reflect USPS Priority Mail; this is not expedited service. USPS does not guarantee these estimates.

For packages marked "delivered" by USPS, we trust your cooperation as we are unable to offer refunds under such circumstances.
Lost Packages:

We encourage you to double-check your shipping details before confirming your order as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. No USPS refund is offered for a lost package.

For deliveries to less secure addresses with USPS, consider 'Signed Confirmation' or switch to UPS to enhance delivery security.
Shipping via UPS:

Our warehouse dispatches UPS shipments around 12 p.m. EST, with orders after 10 a.m. EST scheduled for the next business day.

Input your orders by 8:00 a.m. EST for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select to ship the same day.

Note that UPS operates Monday through Friday and does not provide weekend delivery.

Delivery through Ground UPS can range from 3 to 7 business days. Street addresses are needed as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
U.S. & International Packages Not Delivered
If your package has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, please contact us no later than one week past expected delivery date by email: help@13moons.com or by phone: 802-681-7082. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and the best way to reach you.
International Shipping:

International Shipping Timeframes:

First-Class International Shipments typically take 7 to 21 business days; however, delays may occur as USPS does not guarantee delivery within this period.

Priority International Shipments generally take 3 to 10 business days.

Express International Shipments aim to deliver within 3 to 5 business days.
Specific Country Restrictions:
For customers in Greece, Brazil, and Australia, kindly note the prohibition on shipping knives and similar items due to customs regulations.
Signature Requirements:

A signature from the cardholder may be required if the billing and shipping addresses differ.

We reserve the right to require signatures upon delivery.

UPS and USPS may also request a signature based on the value and destination of the package.
If Packages Cannot Be Delivered:
Should your order be returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or being unclaimed:

You can opt to have the package resent. There will be a reshipping charge plus any return fees by UPS or USPS.

Alternatively, you can cancel the order for a refund. Please note, shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee (including any return fees) will be deducted from your refund.

There are no refunds for international orders that are returned or refused.
