Payments Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, PayPal, Money Orders, Western Union, Checks, and Cash. Select your payment method at checkout.

International customers: All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

Check Payments

Once your check is received and deposited, please allow approximately 14 business days for funds to clear into our account. Your check may clear with your bank sooner, but we require the full clearing period before processing your order.

A $25.00 fee applies to returned or bounced checks.

Western Union, Money Orders & Cash

To place an order with Western Union, Money Order, or Cash, please call us at (802) 442-1313. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM EST. Orders will ship upon receipt of payment. Orders with pending payment will be cancelled if payment is not received within two weeks of the order date.

Credit & Debit Cards / PayPal

For card orders, your billing and shipping addresses must match or be confirmed. If you're shipping to a different address, we may contact the cardholder for verification. A signature notice may also be mailed to the billing address.

If we call to verify your order, please don't be alarmed — it's for your security and ours.

Declined Transactions

If your transaction is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer directly. Declines are issued by your financial institution based on address verification, security codes, or available funds — not by 13 Moons.

If you attempted a transaction multiple times after a decline, your bank may show multiple pending charges. These are typically released within 6–14 business days. We do not charge for declined transactions.

Shopping Cart

Items are added to your cart without redirecting you to the cart page each time. You can view your full cart or make changes by selecting the cart icon at the top of the page. If you have an account and aren't ready to purchase, add items to your Wish List to save them for later.

Free Gifts

To receive a free gift, your cart must first reach the qualifying price tier. Once you qualify, a pop-up will appear prompting you to add your gift(s) to your cart.

Wholesale

We don't offer wholesale at this time. However, if you're interested in purchasing in larger quantities, we're happy to discuss discount options. Email us at help@13moons.com.

We do not offer a print catalog at this time. Browse our full selection at 13moons.com.

International Orders & Tracking

Once international packages leave the US Post Office, tracking may be limited until the package clears customs. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items removed by customs are not eligible for a refund. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and restrictions before ordering.

To avoid delays, please double-check the following before confirming your order:

  • Email address (confirmation and tracking are sent here)
  • Billing address
  • Daytime phone number
