International Customers:
If you choose First Class International, you release us from any responsibility or claims. Expect delays if you choose First Class International. First Class International Shipments take approximately 7 to 21 business days to reach your country and destination, however USPS does not guarantee this timeframe and shipment may take longer. Your package may sit in customs for quite a while, package or be returned.

Free Shipping Offer:
We offer Free Shipping on Product Purchases over $50 for customers in the United States.

The Method of Free Shipping (UPS or USPS) will be based upon weight and zone at time of shipping. Please Note: You must provide us with a street address for the Free Shipping option.

USPS Shipping:
All orders placed will be shipped out the following business day

USPS Priority Mail takes 2 - 3 business days once the package has been shipped. However the USPS does not guarantee delivery in this time frame.

Orders come through automatically from the USPS site with 2 or 3 Day estimate on your invoice. This is regular priority mail service, not expedited mail. You are not paying extra for 2 or 3 day mail. This is an estimate and USPS does not guarantee delivery in this time frame.

USPS Priority International takes 3 - 10 business days once shipped. However the USPS does not guarantee delivery in this time frame. Delays that occur with customs are not in the estimated time frame.

Customers of Puerto Rico:
To be able to select US Postal Service (Priority Mail), you must enter the United States as your country in your account shipping information.

We are not responsible for packages USPS states as "delivered" and customer states as not delivered. There is no refund from USPS.

Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.
If your delivery address is known to be not safe and you are shipping with USPS, please purchase the Signed Confirmation or change to UPS for your delivery choice.

UPS Shipping:
At this time: UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.

UPS shipments are picked up at our warehouse at approximately 12 p.m. EST. Orders arriving after 10 a.m. EST are typically shipped the next business day.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Select by UPS: Your Order must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. EST for the package to depart that day.
UPS Delivers Monday through Friday; There Are No Weekend Deliveries.
Ground UPS can take from 3 to 7 Business Days, depending on destination, once the package leaves our warehouse.
UPS Does Not Ship To P.O. Boxes; you need to enter a street address.

International Orders:
We ship International orders by the U.S. Postal Service.
International shipments may be subject to customs, duties and taxes which are your responsibility. Each country varies in custom charges and/or taxes applied from individual items to the subtotal of the order. You are responsible for knowing your country's taxes, limits and items not allowed in. You release us of responsibility for items removed at customs.

First Class International Shipments: take approximately 7 to 21 business days to reach your country and destination, however USPS does not guarantee this timeframe and shipment may take longer.

Priority International Shipments: take approximately 3 to 10 business days to reach your country and destination.

Express International Shipments take approximately 3 to 5 business days to reach your country and destination.

Greece, Brazil & Australia: No knives, athames, swords, blades, axes allowed to be shipped. Customs will remove any and all blades from your package, no refund, and they may ask you to apply for a weapons license.

Further Information on First Class International Shipping:
We are unable to track, retrieve or refund First Class International Packages. If you select First Class International Shipping, you release us of responsibility for length of shipment time or lost package, or items removed. There is no refund. If you select this method, please note:

There is may be no proof of shipment leaving our warehouse, state or country
There is may be no reliable tracking
There may be no proof of delivery
Package can sit in customs for up to 6 weeks
May take 3 months or more to reach you.
Sometimes these packages are never delivered nor returned to us.

Signature Requirements:
We require card holder signature for all transactions when card holder billing address does not match the shipping address.
13 Moons reserves the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment.
UPS and USPS reserve the right to request a signature on any package depending on value of items, insured items and drop off destination.

Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused And Lost Packages
If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package due to:

* Incorrect address
* You are not available for delivery
* Delivery is refused
* Delivery is unclaimed

You may have the package reshipped. You will need to pay reshipping charges plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.
You may cancel the order for a refund of items minus shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us will be applied.
For International Orders Returned/Refused: There is no refund, as we are unable to obtain them.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.
