My citrine arrived seemingly packaged well. However when I unwrapped it, the tiny piece (I got a small, which from the photo, I thought would be larger) fell apart. Most of the citrine from the top has crumbled off of the base. There wasn't much to start with anyway. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning to this shop.
