Solid color throughout, not dipped over white. Handmade in Europe.
Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim wick to .25 inch and burn in the appropriate candle holder.

Candles are currently useless as I have no candle holders for the 4 in. Picture showed candles in holder, thought holder was included. Should be more specific.
